With so much materials out there today, one thing we want to avoid is planning paralysis.

Taking action is more important than overthinking. As much as possible, we want to avoid over planning, eventually we lose interest in the goals, ending up with being frustrated, giving up and then quitting.

1. Decluttering a.k.a. Marie Kondo-ed

Access baggage can slow down an overwhelmed mind when there is so much going on around: issues to fix, attentions to give, stuff to learn and things to do. Overwhelming creates inaction and inactions creates regret.

Over the course of years, months or even weeks, we slowly accumulated material. Some of which are no longer significant.

Less materials means more room to breathe, which allows channelling energy to creative thoughts

How? Give away some unwanted items, sell them on your favourite online marketplace of choice, or discard them properly.

2. Meditating & Mindfulness

Meditating allows us to put ourselves at the centre of the universe, your own universe.

We learn to eat, walk, and talk; slowly making sense of the world when we came to be. It is often the external stimuli that provokes us to react or take action.

You slowly accept your mind to react to its surrounding, acknowledging the fact that this is happening and realizing. Then you slowly take it back and put yourself at the centre.

Many rich and powerful people have said that their attention is probably the most valuable thing ever.

How? Tons and tons of meditating app out there, famous ones are Headspace and Calm.

3. Practice Home Feng Shui

A good surrounding keeps your heart at peace. There are many good articles and even videos about Feng Shui out there, but most importantly practice and take only what is relevant to you.

Use Feng Shui to enhance whatever you to be but cautious of the pitfall and don’t get overly obsessed and not taking actions
